This website serves two purposes. It is the complete help system for The Netway, a web-based tool for program and evaluation planning, and it is also home to two standalone open-access books that anyone can read and use freely.
The Protocol
The Protocol is a comprehensive, step-by-step guide to planning, implementing, and utilizing a program evaluation using the Systems Evaluation Protocol (SEP). It is grounded in the idea that programs are complex systems, and that evaluation should be designed to reflect that complexity. Whether or not you use The Netway, The Protocol provides a complete framework that any evaluator, researcher, program manager, or funder can follow from start to finish.
Netway Help
Netway Help is the user guide for The Netway application. It covers every feature of the tool and is designed to be read alongside your work in the system.
Both books are free to read and share.
