Getting Help

There are several ways to get help on the Netway:

  1. Use either the Netway Search or the Netway Books Search  to find information.
  2. If you need help working through the protocol or using the Netway, use the NetwayBooks for guiding documents and video.
  3. Download and read the Guide to the Systems Evaluation Protocol
  4. Peer Support – Contact other people on the Netway who are in your cohort or have already worked through the issues you are dealing with. Each topic with guiding documents also has a comment/discussion board for this purpose. Use the Comment feature in the Evaluation Guidance section to ask colleagues about how they address issues.
  5. Search the NetwayBooks for FAQs. if it’s not in the database, you may want to ask a new question, but there may be a delay before you get a response.
  6. For information specific to a program or office, email the contact person to ask questions.
  7. Check out online resources: Social Research Methods, CORE website
  8. If you’re experiencing Netway technology issues, first confirm that you are using a recommended browser (listed on http://www.evaluationnetway.com). If problems persist, use the Contact Us button at the top of any page to report the issue.
