In this section you will find tips and tutorials for managing your program and its evaluation
Tips (in no particular order)
- Use the Netway to document your program and evaluation plans. This facilitates communication between current staff, and helps new staff get up to date on past decisions.
- Use the Logic and Pathway models to help with program planning.
- Create models and evaluation plans to put in funding requests.
- Share common playlists with others in your immediate office who would need to track the same group of programs – it really facilitates reports.
- Every so often export your models and plans to your own files so you can track changes over time. Print out the entire record (Stakeholder map, Logic model, Pathway model, Evaluation Plan and Lifecycle report) once per evaluation cycle.
- Export pathway models and print in poster size – we export in SVG so we can add color to lines, or make them thicker.
