From your Program page, open the Program Information. At the bottom of the information section open the Stakeholder section.

Click on the lock in the upper right hand corner of the map to unlock it.

Click on “add stakeholder.” Type in a stakeholder name and description, assign it a color if you so choose, and click “save.”

Click and drag the stakeholder to where you want it on the map.

Lock the map.
